The Nokia E75 is a smaller phone when compared to the HTC Touch Pro 2. While the E75 has a vital statistics of 111.8 x 50 x 14.4 mm, the Pro2 is much larger with dimensions of 116 x 59.2 x 17.3 mm. The Nokia phone weighing 139 grams is also lighter than the HTC phone that weighs 175 grams. The Touch Pro 2 has a massive TFT resistive touch screen that is 3.6 inches wide whereas the E75 has a small TFT display that is only 2.4 inches wide. Both phones have an accelerometer for auto rotation of the screen.
Communication
Both the E75 and the Pro2 are business oriented phones with a strong emphasis on communication features. Both phones have superb full QWERTY keyboards. The Nokia E75's email has been optimized for the businessman's communication. Its email client feature is very advanced. The HTC Touch Pro 2 has a straight talk feature to seamlessly move from email to one or multiple party calls and complete conference calls. High quality speakers and microphone for conferences are the phone's other highlight. Its interface makes multi party calls for conferences easy.
Camera
The Nokia phone has a 3.2 Mega Pixel camera with a high resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. It is endowed with auto focus and an LED flash for enhancing picture quality. The HTC model has a 3.15 Mega pixel camera with a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. The camera has an auto focus for improving picture quality.
Multimedia
The E75 allows recording of videos in VGA resolution. It has a secondary VGA video call camera. The HTC Pro 2 also allows for recording videos and has a second camera for video telephony.
The E75 Nokia has a music player that supports MP3/MP4/eAAC+/WMA audio file formats. It also has an FM radio with RDS for added audio entertainment. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack for headsets. The Touch Pro2 has an MP3 player and FM Radio enabled with RDS too. Both the phones have Blue tooth connectivity to enable wireless listening experience.
The E75 supports games including those downloaded from the internet. The phone is Ngage compatible to enhance the gaming experience. The Pro 2 supports games too.
Internet
The Nokia E75 has HSCSD, 3.6Mbps HSDPA, EDGE and Wi Fi technologies to boost internet speeds and enhance your internet experience. Its browser has wap2, xhtml and html technologies for faster and smoother browsing experience. The HTC Touch Pro 2 has HSCSD, EDGE, Wi Fi and high speed 7.2Mbps HSDPA for improving internet connectivity speeds. Its browser supports only html technology.
Both handsets hold on their own when it comes to looks and performance.
